Accountable for directing the fulfillment of 4 out of 6 contracts by managing operations at distribution centers for Michelin in Monee, IL, Toys R US in Joliet, IL, the Home Depot RDC in Joliet, IL, and the Michelin manufacturing plant in Ardmore, OK. Directed 4 Contract Managers and $11M budget.

  • Met all key metrics for each account, as well as internal goals for safety, decreasing OSHA incidents, and raising level of quality service to accounts.
  • Raised productivity at Michelin distribution center by hitting goal for daily trailer unloading of 15 in 24 hours where prior 3PL company fell short and incurred additional costs by adding additional shift on Saturdays at an over-time rate.
