Maintain office efficiency: implementing office systems, layouts, and organization Answers main telephone system; makes referrals, takes messages, directsincoming calls and handles guest complaintsDispatch guest request to houseman Fax and copies daily documents. Types and reproduces reports, forms,correspondence, and other materials. Collaborates with Executive of housekeeping, laundry, facilitymaintenance, and reservations to achieve daily expectations
Millennium HotelHousekeeping Supervisor/Inspector
Oversee housekeepers, houseman, and lobby attendant to ensure assignments are done in an efficient and timely manner. Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, organization, and (or) maintenancemalfunctions. Proof reads housekeepers boards for accuracy and completion. Performs side by side evaluations with housekeepers, provides additional hands on training as required. Collaborate with management, housekeepers, and guest to maintain clear and open communication. Completes daily Key Audits, locks and inspects closet and landing doors for safety and security purposes. Responsible for closing the department; prints end of day, and room discrepancy report for MOD ensuring all rooms are in the correct status.
