Administrator

In this position I acted as the administrator and chief financial officer of this growing chartered, non-public school. During my tenure, the Brice Christian Academy (BCA) enjoyed a 22% increase in enrollment and a 74% increase in operating income. As I provided primary day to day operational oversight, my responsibilities included:

¨       the recruitment, hiring, payroll/benefit, and human resource management of 35 state licensed and support personnel

¨       coordination of marketing and communication strategies to increase enrollment and current family satisfaction and support

¨       constant interfacing with key personnel within the Ohio Department of Education and the Groveport-Madison Local School District to insure compliance with state and local operating standards

Position Highlights:

v      While at Brice I oversaw the fiscal growth of the school, taking what had been a deficit budget of approximately $700,000 to a $1.2M fiscal plan with a $300,000 net profit. In addition I expanded the use of technology in the school, both by securing over $100,000 in new hardware, as well as with the implementation of new student information software for parents and administration. The BCA has seen significant capital improvements to the physical plant, as well as upgrades in texts and curriculum.
