The kitchen includes the following appliances: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, stove/oven. We do not provide a microwave. From the kitchen, there is backyard/deck access, with a grill. 1 Parking spot is included per unit. Tenant pays electric and gas and internet. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash. The unit is set up for fiber, and you will need a Duke energy account. About us: We are a husband(Ken) and wife(Bethany) couple who actually used to live in this unit! The husband is an engineer, the wife works with animals. We currently live in Mason/Deerfield, and are accessible if needs arise. We are private landlords and we do the work we can, but have and will contract out work if the need arises. Right before the current tenants moved in, we had the floors, walls, and deck redone.
