SECRETARY:
This position coordinates the work flow of the office.
This includes answering and transferring phone calls, assisting in scheduling patients/appointments /meetings, announcement of patients/visitors.
This position is responsible for follow tip on daily routines such as typing, billing, ordering, and training of new personnel.
This position must be able to develop a good rapport with intra and interdepartmental staff, patients, customers, students and physicians (as applicable.
) This position acts as a resource person to all personnel in department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
High School Degree
Experience:
1-2 years ClericalSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent telephone and good communication skills; Ability to set priorities; Competent in computer skills.
Ability to type 35 wpm; Attention to detail and accuracy.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
