FAMILY PROGRAM COORDINATOR

FAMILY PROGRAM COORDINATOR:
Responsible for the provision of family counseling services to patients and their family members, and the coordination of these services within the overall treatment program.
This involves guiding the work of Family Counselors in providing these services, and collaborating with the treatment team in effectively assessing the family needs in the assessment and treatment planning processes.
This position is responsible for the quality and coverage of the scheduled family group education and counseling, and the individual family counseling that takes place, and the procedures used to promote family member participation in the Family Program.
The position is responsible for assisting with the application of performance improvement planning processes to the Family Program.
In addition to the family counseling program, this position will complete assessments to determine eligibility to participate in the Alcohol and Drug Intensive Outpatient program.
This position will also provide clinical oversight to other counselors within the program by observing therapeutic groups and meeting with clinical staff to provide guidance and feedback as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Master's Degree Other Other Certified in Chemical Dependency CounselingOther LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LICDC-CS
Experience:
3-4 years in a related fieldSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
Training in family counseling, including chemically dependent families.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC:
Must be willing to work occasional evening shifts in order to observe groups and provide clinical oversight and consultation to program staff.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
