REGISTERED MEDICAL TECHNOLOGISTThis position is responsible for performing a full range of laboratory tests, confirming the accuracy of test results, and reporting laboratory findings to the doctors, pathologists, or other physicians.
This position operates and maintains a variety of laboratory instruments, utilizes laboratory computer system in performance of duties, maintains strict adherence to established policies and procedures, and works under the supervision of a general supervisor, but works independently.
Direct supervision is not required for specimen processing, test performance or result reporting.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field, OR clinical experience and MLT education equivalent to MT certification American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)
Experience:
1-2 years clinical in a related fieldSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
MT Clinical Training.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
