The hours are flexible based on candidate's interest! Also gets $6.
50//hr shift differential!
8 hours:
can start as early as 1p-9:
30p, 1:
30p-10p, 2p-10:
30p, 3p-11:
30p - up to you! Can flex to day shift for monthly meetings 2x a month and Leadership Development day quarterly.
Must be organized, knowledgeable with IT, have excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize day to day tasks focusing on patient needs first.

ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER:
Under the direction of and in collaboration with the nurse manager, has 24-hour accountability for their area(s) of responsibility.
This accountability encompasses:
patient care outcomes, service excellence, human resource issues, fiscal management, quality improvement compliance, and communication.
Emphasis should be placed on creating a positive environment that fosters professional growth and retention.
This environment is supported by the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) acting as a role model and as a mentor and coach to the staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Certification within specialty area within two years of assuming position.
Registered Nurse
Experience:
2-3 years Nursing and 1-2 years Progressive Leadership Nursing
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
hospice experience a plus but not required.
