TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Manager, Information Technology (IT) Applications for our Enterprise Systems team in Cincinnati, Ohio.
As the Manager, IT Applications, you will supervise and maintain the organization s repository of software applications through best practices, leadership, and management of a technical team.
You will lead our project work across the department to include collaboration and facilitation of all deliverables on infrastructure and applications.
You will lead the development of program management related to resource and capacity planning, project life cycle, management of day-to-day work deliverables such as department build, facility moves/changes, and other work identified to provide assistance to IT Operations.
You are responsible for ensuring the application systems and supporting application technologies operate at maximum efficiency, optimal cost effectiveness, and highest level of customer satisfaction.
You are also responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for applications and systems necessary for business operations.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Apply proven communication and problem-solving skills
- Guide and assist application staff and other information technology teams
- Design, develop, and deploy mission-critical information and software systems
To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or relevant field
Experience:- 5-7 years of experience in IT
- 3-5 years of IT Leadership experience
- SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
- Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation
