Building Manager

You will be responsible for improving customer and client agency satisfaction with building services; maintaining and preserving real property assets; maintaining or lowering operational costs, including energy costs; and ensuring the provision of quality facility-related services. Examples of duties include:
Managing and evaluating building operations and/or building management programs to achieve customer satisfaction. Anticipating customer needs and responding to customer interactions and from those inputs, advocating for the customer and integrating customer mission and needs into asset plans and recommendations. Serving as chief adviser on matters of space utilization and reorganization to agencies serviced. Serving as an advocate for investment in assigned buildings in a way that realizes and optimizes building conditions, systems, equipment, operating efficiency, etc., while accounting for customer and revenue values. Ensuring the technical soundness of contractor provided supplies and/or services/processes and decisions through the review, oversight and management of services, construction and/or lease projects, including assessment of contractor performance. Managing customer relationships and communications to enhance customer loyalty and retention in accordance with established playbooks and business processes. For each job on your resume, provide:

The GS-13 salary range starts at $94,850 per year.To qualify, you must demonstrate that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience managing large office buildings or large office complexes including assigning tasks to staff; improving customer and client agency satisfaction with building services; negotiating service contracts and lease provisions; preparing service contracts; developing maintenance programs; evaluating and monitoring building operations, maintenance, repair, custodial, recycling, environmental management and alterations, etc. to ensure compliance with agency requirements and industry standards; performing budget formulation and execution; and conducting inspections of designated space or facilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
