The Account Manager ensures that clients realize the full value of Online Rewards by:
  • Managing all aspects of their assigned accounts, including overall relationship management, upselling, retention, conflict resolution, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Focusing on developing relationships which are both deeper and wider, and engaging with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to align client needs to Online Rewards‚ products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Become as a subject matter expert in assigned account verticals and technologies.
  • Consult with decision makers to uncover needs, identify opportunities for growth and align with the client‚ s strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews in order to deliver insights and suggestions to improve experience and program success.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5-7 years experience in a similar role
  • Exemplary written and spoken presentation skills
  • Proven history of helping clients use technology to solve business challenges

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
