MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT II: Develop and manage corporate-priority marketing communications campaigns and projects requiring strategic counsel to management, strategic plan alignment with business objectives, corporate strategies and priorities, marketing communications strategies/tactics, staff and vendor supervision, and budget oversight. Counsel management on marketing communications opportunities, issues, strategies and integrated promotional campaigns, such as an integrated marketing communications mix, such as publications and intranets, special events, sponsorships, employees/volunteers/retirees as ambassadors, physician communications and physician relations, and community relations and collaborations. Interface with customers, senior leadership, managers, service providers, Marketing Services team members, freelancers and ad agency to provide seamless comprehensive coordination in meeting client marketing communications needs. Identify and understand functional and operational attributes of Institutes and corporate priorities, consumer benefits, key audiences, and business goals; and translate these leanings into impactful messages and effective marketing communications channels and strategies. Direct the development, approval, production, implementation and evaluation of various branding and promotional strategies that support institutes' business and marketing plans, and align with corporate priorities, are consistent with brand strategy, utilize creativity and project management skills, and leverage budget parameters. Leverage and manage brand building through utilizing key infrastructure support departments such as physician relations, sales, call center, patient registration, central scheduling, physician liaisons, etc. to ensure consistency and coordination of messaging, materials and promotional activities. Demonstrate high-performance-team leadership success including expertise in teambuilding skills. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree preferred fields include: Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related
Experience: 2-3 years Professional in one or more of the following: communication, marketing, employee communication, physician communication, healthcare, healthcare project management, social media SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Computer, project management and facilitation, presentation skills, client service, ad agency and freelancer supervision, extensive strategic integrated campaigns, creativity.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
