is the perfect opportunity for you. Our client, located in Cincinnati, OH, has an immediate need for a Recruitment Project Leader to join them as either a full-time or part-time team member. In this
position
, you will be the main point of contact for hiring managers coordinating all aspects of the recruiting process to meet their hiring needs, tailoring your process as required to deliver exceptional service. Depending on the workload, you could be working with 5 - 15 hiring managers and 5 - 75 job openings across all disciplines. Never a dull moment!

If you have at least 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree in a related HR field, this could be your next career move! We're looking for someone who has training and/or certifications for recruitment (i.e. AIRS), including advanced skills using social media and other creative means to find and engage top talent for often hard to fill positions-- someone who goes beyond the big job boards to find the right fit. Requires strong experience with recruitment tools - applicant tracking systems (ATS), pre-employment assessments, social media, etc. and solid understanding of compliance requirements. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are a must.
