We're growing and are looking for a Lead Advisor - Financial Planner to serve our team and our clients as a steward of that trust. We strive to build meaningful long term relationships and empower our clients to make sound lifetime financial decisions. The Lead Advisor - Financial Planner will provide a high level of support to the daily and long term strategic activities of the firm, including actively engaging with clients and new business development.
Bring your exceptional integrity, ability to build and establish trust, and your ability to run all stages of the financial planning process, and:
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience financial planning and business development
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
CFP (required)
Ability to run all stages of Financial Planning process
Existing Book of transferable business highly desirable.
Ability to consistently secure new business
Experience with Tamarac, Junxure or other CRM Software, Morningstar, and Portfolio Center 5, strongly preferred
Strong Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Self-starter, takes initiative, thinks strategically
Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player, collaborative and able to work with and through others
Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
