Description:
Our client, a nonprofit organization, has an immediate need for a Probate Specialist. Qualified candidates will be supporting the General Counsel primarily focusing on bequest matters. Interested candidates must be available to begin working immediately.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Managing estate administration files, specifically including all bequest matters
Contacting and coordinating with estate affiliates including accounting departments, outside counsel, executors, probate attorneys and financial institutions
Calendaring all deadlines
Arranging and managing outside
services
to liquidate noncash gifts
Reviewing estate gift filings and taking action for completion
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
Deadline driven
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook and document management software
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills
