Our company is seeking a dynamic Project Manager (Construction/HVAC) to oversee and manage our construction projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who is adept at handling the intricacies of construction management, specifically in the HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Budgeting, and Team Leadership. This role requires the ability to attend all project planning and scheduling meetings, develop budgets for management review and approval, generate submittals, write RFI's, and process PO's.Why join us? Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager (Construction/HVAC), your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.2. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.3. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.4. Ensuring that you have received an adequate turnover of information from Estimating.5. Developing a budget for management review and approval.6. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.7. Generating submittals, writing RFI's, and processing PO's.8. Ensuring all safety guidelines are followed strictly and maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.9. Attending all project planning and scheduling meetings.10. Reviewing the work progress on a daily basis and adjusting schedules and plans as needed.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have the following
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Budgeting, and Team Leadership.2. Proven working experience in construction project management.3. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.5. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.6. Familiarity with construction management software packages.7. Ability to plan and see the big picture.8. Competent in conflict and crisis management.9. Excellent time and project management skills.10. OSHA 30 training required.11.
