64 an hour Job SummaryAs a Food Production Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure top-notch production.
Your role is pivotal in maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety standards while leading the charge toward meeting our production goals daily.
Duties/Responsibilities Set up and oversee machinery for efficient production.
Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
Conduct periodic tests to ensure consistent product quality.
Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain a clean workspace.
Collaborate with the team for smooth operations.
Operate machines and ensure they run smoothly.
Add specified ingredients for product specifications.
Perform Quality Control inspections on finished products.
Conduct facility checks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Observe and adjust controls to maintain product specifications.
Record data in production logs.
Maintain and clean machinery using hand tools.
Load and unload products for processing and cleaning.
Utilize measurement tools effectively.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, including cleaning tasks.
