Qualifications:
The ideal attorney will have minimally 3-5 years of experience serving clients' labor and employment needs including litigation, e-discovery, compliance, collective bargaining, and advice and counsel experience with clients.
Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio bar.
Being licensed in Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
