Looking for an experienced Quality Technician for position in the Aerospace Industry.
1st Shift
Monday-Friday
$17-19-Based on Experience
Job Summary
The Quality Technician position is responsible for performing all duties necessary to inspect and verify materials and products meet the applicable requirements and to record all results and notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies
This can include performing measurement system analysis, dimensional studies, auditing, root cause and corrective actions, first article inspections, receiving inspection or becoming a designated supplier quality representative.
Fulltime 1 st Shift - OT as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Be able to read and follow written instructions.
  • Proficient in the use of handheld measurement equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, etc.
  • Be able to read simple engineering drawings and interpret specifications.
  • Responsible for timely completion of assigned jobs
  • Comply with safety and OSHA regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing inspection environment is preferred
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Must possess 20/25 or better near vision with or without corrective lenses and be able to pass a color vision test.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
