Since our primary focus is the Midwest and Southeast regions, our dedicated customer base ensures you are always running, while providing home-time that suits YOUR needs.Our current owner-operator's weekly average take home pay is around $3600 ($5000 weekly for teams). We provide consistent reefer freight, personalized dispatch, and provide new trailers to haul your load. Several of our customers are drop and hook freight and Smith has a very strong referral bonus. Flexible time off Consistent lanes No Forced Dispatch New model Utility trailers Fuel Discount Programs Referral Bonuses Pet Policy Requirements Must have a valid CDL-A license in state of residence Minimum of 2 years verifiable OTR experience in the operation of tractor/trailer equipment Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Guidelines No serious or disqualifying traffic violations in the last 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months, or more than 4 moving violations in the past 36 months No preventable accidents in the last 3 years A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches Proverbs 22:
