Manage scope, risks and issues, and client escalations, responding quickly to client concerns, and communicate with company executives as appropriate.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integrations and Data Conversion Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the successful implementation of Workday solutions.
Responsibilities:
Integration Strategy and Design:
Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies for Workday, ensuring seamless connectivity with other systems.
Design and configure integrations to support various Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
Data Conversion Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data conversion requirements for Workday implementations.
Develop and execute data conversion plans, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data migration.
Technical Expertise:
Serve as the primary technical resource for Workday integrations and data conversion, providing guidance to the implementation team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and data conversion processes.
Custom Report Development:
Design and develop custom reports to meet specific client needs and support data analysis.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in Workday reports.
Quality Assurance:
Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance of Workday integrations and data conversion.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and address any issues before the final implementation.
Collaboration with Clients:
Engage with clients to understand their business processes and data requirements.
Provide expert guidance on data migration strategies and integration options.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, data conversion processes, and custom reports.
Train end-users and project stakeholders on data-related processes and integrations as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Extensive experience (7
years) in designing and implementing Workday integrations and data conversion projects.
In-depth knowledge of Workday integration tools (including Studio) and data conversion best practices.
Strong technical skills in data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
Workday certification in Integrations or related areas is highly desirable.
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools is a plus.
