Develop project schedules/timelines & monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Inspect work progress to identify issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, superintendents, etc. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve change orders. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Resolve conflicts and negotiate to find mutually acceptable solutions. Prepare progress reports, updates, and forecasts. Manage documentation--contracts, permits, drawings, specs, and other documents. Supervise direct reports providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
