We are also looking for an administrative assistant to assist the counselors as well as the administrative team and with special projects, as needed.
We are looking for individuals who are great at multitasking, have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people and have great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients, answer phone calls and route them appropriately, schedule appointments and maintain calendar accurately, fax documents and make photocopies, proofread documents for quality assurance and maintain records of correspondence in a filing system, sort mail and route it appropriately.
