Overview:
As SVP/VP of Corporate Real Estate for TQL, you will be responsible for managing the company's real estate assets, optimizing facility operations, and ensuring that our corporate properties are aligned with the companys strategic goalsReporting to the CFO, this senior leadership position requires a proven track record in real estate management, facility operations, and the ability to drive cost-effective solutions and a positive workplace environment.Key
Responsibilities:
Real Estate Portfolio Management:
Oversee the company's real estate portfolioDevelop and execute a real estate strategy that aligns with the company's business objectivesMonitor lease agreements, negotiate lease terms, and manage landlord relationshipsIdentify opportunities to acquire, lease, or divest properties to optimize the portfolio's performanceEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate holdingsFacilities Management:
Lead the Facilities Management team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of all facilitiesDevelop and implement best practices for maintenance, security, and workplace servicesManage vendor relationships and contracts, including janitorial, security, and maintenance servicesOversee capital improvement projects and renovations to enhance workplace functionality and employee engagementEnsure facilities are safe, environmentally friendly, and compliant with health and safety regulationsFinancial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for real estate and facilities operations, tracking expenses and optimizing cost-efficiencyIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in real estate and facilities managementProvide financial analysis and reporting to the executive team on real estate and facilities performanceStrategic Planning:
Collaborate with company leadership to align real estate and facilities strategies with overall business goalsAssess and plan for future real estate needs based on growth projections and changes in the business landscapeEvaluate and recommend real estate investments and dispositions in line with the corporate strategyTeam Leadership:
Build and mentor a high-performing real estate and facilities management teamSet clear objectives, priorities, and expectations for team membersFoster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the department
Qualifications:
10
years of experience in senior corporate real estate leadership positionsExperience managing a large, multi-state commercial real estate portfolio, international experience is a plusStrong contract and vendor selection and negotiation skillsExpert with short-mid-term leasing strategiesOwnership of build projects from beginning to endCurrently or recently in a large-scale, fast-paced, high-growth organizationExperience with 24/7 facilities operations maintenance, security, utility and backup power operations, and workplace servicesKnowledge of on-prem data centers and network infrastructureAbility to quickly build trust and credibility with internal stakeholders and an organically grown teamFlexible, can adapt to a hyper-growth environment, driven by continuous improvement, and pursuit of exceeding expectations and goalsStrong executive presence and presentation skillsCan analyze, communicate, and present data clearly and conciselyM&A experience, preferably on the acquisition sideAbility to travel up to 20%Position Location:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
