Job DescriptionJob Overview:
This position is responsible for being a bridge between operations and sales for Occupational Medicine, with the goal being customer retention, customer loyalty and business growthSpecifically, this role will work in conjunction with the Protocol Coordinator, operations and sales to (1) implement processes to take new client companies from sales closure to full implementation of services; (2) provide on going and proactive account management including resolving customer complaints, ensuring customer loyalty, identifying new service and business opportunities with existing accounts; (3) develop and implement plans for account retention (perhaps around particular service lines, industries or locations ie:
annual flu vaccines, onsite programs, manufacturing or DOT industries, etc.

Responsibilities:
Works with Sales, Administration, Protocol Coordinator and Occupational Medicine Operations, implements strategy, processes and tasks to improve or maintain customer retention and customer loyalty to Corporate Health in general and occupational medicine specfically, throughout the entire occ med service area.
Works with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth implementation of service delivery upon closure of the saleThis might include but not be limited to:
introduction of clients to staff and vice versa, physician tours of client facilities and establishment of protocols.
Fosters a team approach toward account management and retention of occ med clients by collaborating with and communicating in a timely, effective and appropriate manner to parties with a need to know about client or Trihealth/Corporate Health/Occ Med issues, discussions, changes etcthat affect delivery of excellent customer service, revenue, volume or client relationships.
Uses a professional customer service, sales and account management techniques and skills, identifies and works appropriately with operations and sales to grow our business by identifying opportunities for new services or new business in existing client companies.
Maintains customer and case information and productivity data via the contact database system so that the information is current; reports can be generated as required or requested; you can self manage your activity and results.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
