Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Perform data entry and update customer information accurately in the system - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or resolve issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Bilingual proficiency in insert relevant languages is a plus - Ability to upsell and promote products or services effectively - Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred - Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is desirable - Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures Note:
