Internship Description:
ProAmpac is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Summer Intern to join our team.
This internship will focus on social media posting and the development of an employee value proposition.
The selected intern will work closely with our HR and Talent Acquisition teams to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at enhancing our employer brand and attracting top talent.
Additionally, the intern will lead a project to develop an employee value proposition, researching vendors, best practices, and presenting ideas to senior leadership for approval and budget allocation.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance ProAmpac's employer brand presence across various platforms.
Create engaging and relevant social media content to attract potential candidates and promote our employee value proposition.
Conduct research on employee value proposition best practices and vendors.
Develop a comprehensive employee value proposition tailored to ProAmpac's culture and values.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for buy-in and budget approval.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment and execution of the developed strategies.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR, employer branding, and social media marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
