Director of Culinary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Culinary to join our teamThe ideal candidate for this operational role will have a strong background in fine dining and Michelin-star caliber restaurant group experienceThis position is based in OHIO and requires 3-5 years of similar experience, with hands-on involvement in kitchens
Responsibilities:
Refine and optimize restaurant operations while incorporating a touch of creativityEvaluate talent, oversee operations, and ensure flawless execution in the kitchensAct as a liaison between the owner and our team of chefsBe accountable for P&L results, create improvement plans, and oversee the culinary component
Qualifications:
Multi-unit experience is preferredMichelin-star caliber restaurant group experience is essentialHands-on experience in both HospitalityProven ability to assess talent, streamline operations, and ensure exceptional executionStrong communication skills to effectively liaise between the owner and culinary teamCompensation:
