ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the warehouse and stores in a safe, effective manner.
Oversees the receiving, storage, and distribution of $1,000,000 annually in donated and purchased goods.
Maintains excellent inventory records.
Oversees donation pick ups at local retailers and ensures proper driver coverage.
Responsible to train, schedule, and supervise Warehouse Volunteers.
This includes corporate, school, and professional groups.
Generates orders, reports, schedules, and other documentation to ensure compliance with all vendors, partners, and governmental requirements.
Works with Community Experience Manager to ensure equal distribution of donations across serving shifts utilizing a First In, First Out distribution approach.
Exemplifies and cultivates the Healing Center's culture of respect, unity, care, and quality of service.
