Resident Program Assistant - Skilled Care

30 hours per weekAlternating Weekends and Holidays Required with Tuesday and Thursday evenings required
Essential Functions:
o Leading and assisting with resident programs in our skilled nursing communityo Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities.
o Encourage resident participation in programs and activities.
Provide resident transport to programs and activities as needed.
o Assist with the registration of residents for trips and programs.
o Conduct various activities at the direction of the Resident Program Director.
o Maintain necessary activity supplies, which may include outside purchasing.
o Follow departmental budget guidelines.
o Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Position
Summary:
This individual is responsible for assisting the Resident Program Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating and coordinating a wide variety of multi-level recreational and educational activities for the residents of the community.
This position reports to the Resident Program Director.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
