We are seeking a personable, organized and detail oriented individual to join our Human Resources team.
This is a part-time, first shift position.
We are seeking a candidate that will work roughly 20 hours each week.
Human Resources Assistant Job Duties Ensure compliance in processing and maintaining personnel records Maintain electronic document system Assist with applicant tracking Review employee time cards to ensure accuracy Create and maintain several excel spreadsheets for HR reporting purposes Assist with candidate selection- scheduling/confirming interviews, reference checks etc.
Track time cards for temporary staff and confirm hours for invoicing Other relevant duties as needed Maintain a high level of confidentiality Human Resources Assistant Job Requirements High School Diploma Ability to adapt to change while prioritizing work responsibilities Maintain a positive and professional demeanor Superb communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Typing 45
