Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Cincinnati, OHIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide excellent customer service and technical support.
ResponsibilitiesField incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from clients regarding questions, issues, complaints, etcrelated to our products/servicesTroubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely, professional mannerLog and track support tickets through resolution using our CRM systemAssist clients with placing orders, payments, account changes, and other requestsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team when neededSuggest product/service improvements based on client feedbackContribute to our knowledge base with help articles, FAQs, and training materialsRequirements1-2
