Desktop Engineer
Looking for Desktop Support Engineer (end user support) Day shift (general) 9am to 5pm ET.
Full time Hiring immediate joiners Must have :
who has experience working with End User, Managing the site.
Exp with Intune, Exp in Active directory Exp with both Windows and Mac Operating system OR ( Expert in Windows som hands on setting up Mac, OS device.
Assist in the planning and installation of desktop computer hardware, software at the site.
Able to remotely support mobile devices and desktop/Laptops.
Have hands one experience on handling Windows & MAC OS issues.
Deliver fixes to the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications primarily using remote access technology.
Image the machines as per demand raised by HR and other stakeholders.
