Job Description:
Mandatory Skill- Someone who has experience working with End User, Managing the site.
Assist in the planning and installation of desktop computer hardware, software at the site.
Able to remotely support mobile devices and desktop/Laptops.
Have hands one experience on handling Windows & MAC OS issues.
Deliver fixes to the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications primarily using remote access technology.
Image the machines as per demand raised by HR and other stakeholders.
First contact resolution of desktop issues and follow proper escalation procedures.
Hands on Experience of collaboration tools like MS Teams, Zoom, Skype etc.
Follow best practice ticket management processes, ensuring tickets owned are handled and updated as per process and every effort is made to make service levels and has hands on experience on Service Now.
Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Helps and create technical documentation and manuals for future references.
Ready to work flexible working hours.
Can manage the entire site independently and work as an individual contributor.
Drives user satisfaction for all employees working on site and remotely.
Manages all the assets at site and keeps records of incoming and outgoing assets.
Should report the stock details on weekly basis.
