The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer:

based on experience and qualifications PLUS quarterly bonuses up to $750.
00 Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not! Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications 40 hours per week On-call rotation ($100 bonus) Valid Driver's License and Transportation Boiler, HVAC, CPO experience a plus but not required (Paid Training Available!)
