50 and attractive commision potentials! This positon will have two property locations.
The locations are in Franklin OH, Eastgate, OH.
Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Utilize sales skills and technology to respond to resident inquiries, coordinate showings, and pre-lease apartments Facilitate applications, screening, and lease signing through our paperless system Ensure the appearance of the apartments are acceptable for showing to the SNS standard Responsible for marketing vacancies within the communities Answer all incoming calls from current and future residents, becoming the face of the organization to the public Work with property managers and maintenance technicians to address any relevant concerns Maintain and update the required property/leasing information into computer systems Assists Property Manager in ensuring maximum efficiency within the properties' operations Collaborate with the team on building and maintaining a resident relations program Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
As a nearly paperless company, must have good computer, typing, and phone app skills and be able to learn different software within our systems Have excellent verbal and written communication Be able to provide excellent customer service to our residents Willing to complete class training Optional, but desired skills:
Bilingual English & Spanish Competitive Salary and
