Communications Specialist - Process Improvement Training

The ideal candidate is an excellent verbal, and written communicator with high proficiency in Microsoft Office, highly organized, with great attention to detail, and lastly, local to Cincinnati, OH!
Responsibilities:
Supervise and technical writers and the creation of learning toolsRetail operations and project management across grocery stores, and division within Cincinnati.
Developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies through all departments.
Creating engaging content for newsletters, emails, and social media, experience with design tools such as, Canva.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information.
Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.

years in communication and content creation.

years in process improvement, solution development, and/or rollout processes.
Lean Sigma Green belt or higher trainingDesired skills:
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software, experience in crisis communication, and knowledge of social media management or the grocery/retail industry.
