Position requires a minimum of 3 years of patent experience with a law firm or corporation.
Company offers a generous base salary & annual bonus, full relocation program and superior benefits.
Manage patent preparation & prosecution with outside counsel.
Negotiate and draft a variety of intellectual property agreements.
(SaaS, Licensing, Vendor Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, Data Privacy, Cloud Computing, Open Source Code, Digital Platforms).
Render IP strategy advice to technology managers & software developers.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of intellectual property experience with a law firm or corporation.
Technical background in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, nuclear engineering or physics.
Registered to practice before USPTO and also a State Bar.
