We are seeking a National Account Trainer in the Cincinnati, OH area, contingent upon award.

travel required.
The Account Trainer plans, schedules, coordinates, and presents training, generally already developed, for basic training, retraining and Client specified skills.
The National Account Trainer will:
Develop training schedule to address all levels of training required by Service Level Agreements (Schedule 5), or by Client standards, and prepares a monthly/quarterly calendar to schedule these support training activities with Account Managers or Site Supervisors.
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and present basic and specialized training based on monthly/quarterly training calendar or as requested by Client.
Coordinate training presentations so as to provide the most cost effective and efficient use of training time and facilities.
In person trainings to be conducted off site.
Provide information briefings and training sessions in response to client or account manager requests.
Reviews, inputs and/or coordinates input of OJT into performance tracking; Maintain a structured review and reporting system to monitor basic account management functions related to OJT, re-training, specialized training, emergency response training, supervisor qualifications and account audits; Advise executives, clients, Account Managers and supervisors of the implementation of training policies, procedures and processes Ensure compliance with training, scheduling, and audits based on contract requirements Support recruiting activities within the district and complete the hiring process when required or assigned Maintain technical proficiency in assigned area by reviewing policies and procedures, and applying those procedures to all assigned district office activities; Obtain and maintain instructor certification in CPR/First Aid, AED, etc.
, as assigned or required; Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports both manually and through automated methods; Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement; Assist with operations, training and administrative functions on an as needed basis; Maintain confidentiality of all information and data; Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required Minimum Qualifications United States citizenship required.
Minimum of (3) years of airport experience regulated under 49.

Possess a state issued driver's license or a valid State Issued I.

Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Develpment, Aviation Management, Security Management, or a closely related field is preferred.
Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Must have a minimum of (3) years of previous experience in training, adult learning, testing/evaluation, and/or performance support.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to identify and analyze problems; distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions.
Must be neat, well-groomed, and present a professional appearance.
Must be able to work around the flexibility and changing schedules, including being available to work shifts throughout the day, afternoon, evening, and overnight as required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
