ResponsibilitiesThe Dr.
Call Phones Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2is responsible for researching and updating clarifications and denials on patient profiles.
They are responsible for making or taking phones calls to and from providers and patients.
Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
In this role, you will:
Make outbound calls to providers & retail pharmacies Follow up on new prescription requests and transfers You must have the ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving.
You must be self-directed, but also able to work well in a group, have a positive and proactive attitude.
Candidates for this position must have the following skills:
High School Diploma or equivalentMust have an active Pharmacy Technician License in Texas1
years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail order or hospital pharmacyExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperience using multiple computer applications simultaneouslyStrong data entry skillsA positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer serviceRole DesirablesInbound/outbound call experience in any pharmacy setting a plusAdditional Information Interview Format:
