Description Position at SBM Management The College Recruiting Specialist will be vital in attracting and hiring top talent from colleges and universities to support SBM Management's ongoing growth and success.

Responsibilities Campus Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy to attract highly qualified candidates from colleges and universities nationwide.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including career services departments, student organizations, and faculty, to enhance SBM Management's presence on campuses.
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various channels, such as career fairs, campus events, job boards, and social media, to source and engage with potential candidates.
Interview and Selection:
Conduct effective and thorough discussions to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview and selection process.
Employer Branding:
Promote SBM Management's employer brand to potential candidates, showcasing our unique company culture, values, and growth opportunities.
Internship Program Management:
Oversee the internship program, collaborating with hiring managers to identify intern needs and ensure a positive internship experience.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
Data Analytics:
Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics and data to continuously improve the effectiveness of the college recruiting program.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to campus recruiting and hiring practices.
Some travel is required.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR roles.
May be required to have a valid driver's license.
Compensation:
$70,000 per year Recommended Skills Business Administration Data Analysis Employer Branding Human Resources Interpersonal Skills Metrics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
