Under the general supervision of the Building Maintenance Su-pervisor, performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance re-placement, minor installation and minor repair of HVAC and plumbing equipment and monitoring of DOC Controls for HVAC equipment.
Performs skilled & semi-skilled maintenance, replacement, minor installation & repair of electrical equipment.
Performs carpentry work involving skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, alteration &/or repair to buildings, equipment, and wooden structures.
Assists in painting &/or performs minor painting of fixtures, rooms, buildings, signs and equipment; patches and repair drywall, plaster and prepares surfaces for coverings; assists in masonry work.
Operates machine tools & welding equipment in making repairs to metal parts and equipment; assists in the repair and mainte-nance of interior and exterior maintenance equipment and other specialized equipment.

Valid commercial driver's license required if motor equipment is of type & size regulated by sections 4506.
