Equity Arc is currently recruiting for a Programs Manager who will work collaboratively with Equity Arc's staff to strengthen the national collaborative of pathways programs throughout the country, raising the visibility and impact of this important work.

This position operates under an administrative shared services agreement.
The employer of record is the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO).
RequirementsNational Collective for Musical Pathways:
Build and maintain strong relationships with and between Collective members.
Facilitate communication channels to enable effective information sharing, feedback, and engagement amongst the Collective.
Manage regular meetings of the Collective and its working groups to accomplish collective goals for growth and to strengthen members of the Collective.
Develop and maintain reporting and evaluation mechanisms to assess the performance and impact of Collective members, and ensure timely collection and organization of key data.
Prepare periodic reports highlighting key accomplishments and successes of Collective members and their musicians to effectively demonstrate the Collective's impact.
Fortify relationships with pathways graduates by developing an alumni network.
Work with Collective members to gauge their satisfaction with the Collective's activities and develop strategies to be responsive to members' needs.
Refine and oversee the application process for new members of the Collective.
Work with members of the Collective to produce recommended practices for pathways programs and create mentorship opportunities for prospective or newly formed programs.
Identify and pursue opportunities and partnership with external organizations to maximize the Collective's impact.
Serve as liaison for Equity Arc's pre-college activities with a variety of stakeholders, including administrators, musicians, and parents.
National Pathways Festival and Summit:
Collaborate with Equity Arc's General Manager in the planning and execution of the annual National Pathways Festival and Summit, including reviewing proposals from prospective hosts Identify prospective conversation themes for Summit conversations based on work with Collective members.
Engage Festival Orchestra Fellows to design extra-musical experiences that further their growth.
Identify important stakeholders to further the work of the Collective and Fellows.
Work with the host orchestra's team to design the Festival Orchestra schedule.
Collaborate with Equity Arc staff in the development of impactful panels and assets to raise awareness of the event and Equity Arc's work.
General:
Collaborate with Equity Arc staff in the production and publication of materials that amplify work and accomplishments of the Collective and organization.
Track effective and recommended practices for future national collectives in other phases of musical growth.
Work with Equity Arc staff in the development and execution of musician-facing engagement sessions.
Collaborate with Equity Arc staff in the planning and execution of in-person and virtual summits, workshops, and symposiums.

Qualifications:
Relevant/commensurate job-related experience required.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and build partnerships.
Strong leadership skills.
Confidence serving in mentorship and coaching roles.
Comfort working collaboratively and independently.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in working in a virtual workspace, including Microsoft 365.
Commitment to Equity Arc's mission.
While this is a fully-remote position, candidates will need to be available to travel for special Equity Arc events throughout the year, which includes occasional evening and weekend hours.
Equity Arc employees work remotely across the country.
Typical hours are 9:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
