As a Full-Time Lead Youth Development Specialist, you'll embrace Monday through Friday, from 10am to 6pm, creating enriching experiences and driving the holistic growth of the youth.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LEAD YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST:
Your journey as a Lead Youth Development Specialist at Cincinnati Urban Promise is about transforming lives, one day at a time.
Under the direct supervision of the School Age Director or relevant program director, you'll be the beacon of growth and guidance.
Lead the way in academic and social-emotional development, facilitating educational and recreational programming for underserved youth in Westwood, East Westwood, North Fairmount, and Price Hill.
Your role goes beyond the classroom as you cultivate an environment that honors diversity, encourages curiosity, and sparks positive change.
Engage with children and teens, coordinating and implementing educational curricula that inspire learning and personal development.
From classroom activities to cultural understanding, your impact will resonate in every interaction.
