Business Development Manager, Integration


Essential Functions:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the current accounts, review data from new acquisitions at least four weeks prior to the opening of the acquisition and submit to IT/Fleet Administration team for internal processing.
Identify and isolate Fleet/Commercial/Wholesale accounts from the acquisition partners' data to ensure correct setup in Tire Works.
Manage current LOC application and Tax ID data of the acquired partner's accounts with the goal of making sure that any Fleet/Commercial/Wholesale account that had a LOC at the time of acquisition receives a LOC at Tire Discounters.
Personally visit the LOC account customer and collect a signed application for each of the LOC'sServe as the primary point of contact for Integration partners.
Build relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization, partner with stakeholders internally to improve customer service, the acquisition partner experience, and to make sure they are getting the services needed.
Manage the day-to-day operations initiatives, associated processes for integrated partner businesses, proactively assess their needs and resolve any operational challenges that arise.
Provide support and assistance to acquired partners by steadily engaging with them, responding to questions, providing training on Fleet, Commercial and Wholesale operations.
Set up, refine the processes and recommend strategies and best practices to improve internal operations and add more value to acquired partner integration process.
Manage the sales partnership integration process through all phases, from integration, onboarding and launch.
Establish, monitor, and report on goals and key performance indicators ensuring the seamless integration of current accounts.
Build strong relationships and lead collaborative efforts with internal teams to ensure alignment and provide insight into integrated partner needs.
Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with current accounts of acquisitions to drive Sales efforts and grow business.
Find ways to identify and convert new account opportunities for the business by leveraging existing partnerships and seizing opportunities within established partnerships.
Achieve monthly revenue and profit goals for by assisting with efficient integration of the new acquisitions within the timelines established.
Achieve monthly performance objectives for new account acquisition & existing account managementAssist the senior management of Sales Operations with planning, forecasting, budgeting and sales strategies to maximize sales and grow customer base.
Provide weekly detailed reports to the Business Development Leadership and communicate with acquisitions team, updating progress on all stated performance objectives for the Integrated Sales Accounts.

EDUCATION AND WORK
Experience:
Associates Degree or comparable experience preferredAt least 5 years of experience as a strong performer, preferably in auto services sales and/or operationsAt least 2 years of experience as a strong performer in a Sales Accounts Manager or a similar position.
Experience in managing partnerships/business development preferably in the automotive tire, automotive maintenance, and repair and/or automotive glass repair and replacement or similar industries.
Minimum age requirement of 18 yearsValid In state motor vehicle licensePHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Working conditions are considered acceptable, but occasionally involve exposure to mechanical hazards and outside weather conditions.
Walking, standing, bending, sitting, listening and talking on a wide variety and continual basis.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
May require occasionally working outside of normal office hours, including nights and weekends.
Extensive travel required to include overnight travel.
