Work closely with the business partners to understand their work and collect product (application) needs and document them as acceptance criteria within Feature documents
Represent these needs to the development teams in order for them to create user stories and sprint plans
Work with the architecture teams to develop and overall product vision
Ensure that the development team always has a planned and prioritized team story backlog
Provide leadership for PI and sprint planning sessions
Communicate with other Product owners and Scrum Masters to ensure that dependencies and risks are well planned for
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Lead UAT / product feedback sessions with the business users and capture new ideas or gaps
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with Product Management Team(s) to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
Lead the team level planning of product releases and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for a product
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends cust_safetyState Minimum
Qualifications:
Product Owner certified CSPC or SAFe POPM.
(CSM or PSM is minimum)
Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 3+ year(s)
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principlesPreferred
Qualifications:
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision
