This position is based in Cincinnati.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Pricing, you will manage pricing strategy in large markets to ensure global pricing consistency and profitability according to our goals.
Partner and Influence:
Manage constructive and proactive partnership with all essential market stakeholders in the pricing process with 'Pricing for Profitable Win Approach'.
Provide pricing recommendations for briefs to Sales groups with supporting analysis, coordinate pricing process for identified main accounts and provide price negotiations support.
Improve development of market pricing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing.
Support Customer service excellence on pricing/order issues Manage and Support:
Support Regional Pricing head in all requests and initiatives relative to the market, and ensures roll out of the regional /global projects and process improvement plans in their market.
Manage ongoing pricing activities such as computing standard pricing of flavor/fragrance products, maintaining price lists, providing target costs and price monitoring processes.
Monitor, protect and improve Gross Margin.
Manage annual price increases and adjustments for raw material impact, manufacturing cost changes or margin improvement on existing products Analyze and Assess:
Analyze gross margin and identify product cost issues and address these with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Technical groups.
Monitor and review KPI's and service level agreements with commercial partners.
Guarantee Compliance with the Pricing Guidelines.
Support definition, documentation, implementation and maintenance of pricing related guidelines and principles You? You are someone who wants to grow your own world.

You? University Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant areas 7
