Hospitality Administrative Assistant

Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for the leadership team.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist in coordinating special events, conferences, and culinary experiences.
Manage and maintain records, files, and databases.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reports.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Serve as a point of contact between departments and facilitate communication.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in both hospitality and administrative roles, ideally supporting high-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
