Director of Food and Beverage
Director of Food and Beverage needed for an upscale large multi-unit Resort.
This position is located in Southern West Michigan.
Director of Food and Beverage Benefits and
Qualifications:
o Generous base salary plus Bonus of up to 25% of base.
o 100% Paid Health Insurance, LTD and Life Insurance o FSA, STD, 401K with company match.
o Relocation reimbursement / Generous PTO.
o College degree in Hospitality or related field.
o 10 years of leadership experience.
AAA 4 Diamond preferred.
o 5 Years as a General Manager level or higher / Must have 5 years in a Resort or Casino environment.
o 5 years' experience leading 5 direct reports or more with a team of over 50 plus.
Director of Food and Beverage
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for total F&B operations including multiple Restaurants, Room Service and private dining in an upscale environment.
o Responsible for all financials, including P&L, Budgets, Forecasts, and Capital Expense planning.
o Responsible for F&B direction for both FOH and BOH.
o Works with Purchasing and Culinary to ensure quality and efficiency.
o Develop Training for all positions and ensures team members are given the proper guidance for success.
o Build and develop an effective team to achieve budgeted results.
Recommended Skills Catering/Hospitality Work Finance Financial Management Forecasting Leadership Purchasing Process Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
