Marketing Coordinator

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist in execution of assigned promotional activities, including the creation and distribution of marketing collateral:
electronic newsletters, email blasts, formal press releases, blog postings, brochures, flyers, invitations, case studies, success stories, and multimedia presentations.
Support both company website content as well as all social media venues including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor the company website lead activity and handle lead distribution through our CRM.
Participate in the planning, development, and execution of the annual Marketing Strategic Plan(s).
Assist in the execution of company events, including coordinating onsite company educational seminars and any special customer events.
Assist in coordination of all trade show participation including; man power scheduling, hotel and travel reservations, equipment shipping, and lead retrieval and reporting.
Assist in the planning of all sales and marketing events.
Handle event registrations, catering arrangements, name tags and registration follow-up activities.
Work with co-ops or freelance contractors to develop collateral and other marketing support materials.
Ordering shirts, apparel, promotional products and business cards.
Execution of Voice of Customer surveys at key points, track and distribute responses and send out fulfillment for participation.
Education/
Experience:
Business, Marketing, or Communications Degree with 2 or more years' experience in a marketing-related field.
Proficiency in software applications required in the performance of job duties (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Graphic design skills are a plus.
Photoshop, and Illustrator skills would also be helpful Recommended Skills Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Apparel Communication Graphic Design Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
